6. Pricing and Payment
Service fees are determined based on the type of service, package dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and any additional services requested. All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change upon final assessment of the shipment. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a credit account has been established. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
7. Delivery and Liability
We commit to making reasonable efforts to deliver your shipments according to our service standards. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, natural disasters, customs delays). Our liability for loss or damage to a shipment is limited. Please refer to our separate "Limitation of Liability" policy for full details, typically based on declared value or a standard per-package limit, whichever is lower. Additional insurance may be purchased for higher-value items.
8. Tracking and Proof of Delivery
Most services include real-time tracking capabilities via our website. Proof of delivery, including recipient signature (where applicable), will be available online after successful delivery.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type and the stage of the delivery process. Refunds for cancellations or service failures will be processed according to our Refund Policy, which is available upon request. No refunds will be issued for shipments of prohibited items or for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the user.
